Who controls your data
The data controller is KOLANOVA CORP, trading as Pura Vale, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #37777, Casper, WY 82609, USA. Written privacy requests may be sent to that address or to the email below.
What we collect
- Order information — name, email, shipping address, and the contents of your order.
- Phone number — optional. Given at checkout so we can reach you about an order, and, only if you tick the box, so we can text you.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers are entered on their secure page. Pura Vale never receives, sees, or stores your full card number.
- Basic site analytics — aggregate page views and referrers. We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, answer your emails, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not email or text you marketing unless you asked us to, and every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link. We never share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum necessary and is bound to use it only on our instructions.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the SMS box at checkout, you are giving express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and order text messages from Pura Vale at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share or sell SMS consent, mobile numbers collected for SMS, or text message content to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your number is disclosed only to the messaging provider that sends the texts on our behalf, which may not use it for anything else.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel; we will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@puravale.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
When you opt in we record your number, the date and time, your IP address and browser, and the exact wording you agreed to, so that we can show what you consented to. We keep that record while you are subscribed and for four years after you unsubscribe, which is the limitation period for telephone-consumer claims.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies and browser storage — principally to remember your cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@puravale.com and we will respond within thirty days. Residents of California and of the EU/UK have additional statutory rights, which we honour regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
